How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn & unused (in its original packaging)
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Note:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
If a customs declaration form is required, please mark the package as a "Returned Item" to avoid extra fees. Incorrectly marked returns may result in customs charges or delays, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
How to Start a Return
Email us at enquiries@mounir.co.uk to request a return. If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without approval won’t be accepted.
Damaged, Wrong, or Faulty Items?
Check your order as soon as it arrives! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us immediately at enquiries@mounir.co.uk, and we’ll make it right.

Delays can also happen if you're ordering during peak sales periods or holiday seasons, when our team is especially busy preparing a higher volume of orders. If you're located outside the UK, delivery may take longer due to international shipping times and customs processing.

For most pieces, yes, we do restock. Sometimes an item shows as sold out simply because we haven’t updated the stock yet, so feel free to drop us an email: enquiries@mounir.co.uk and we’ll happily check for you.
